Local Expert Academy Terms & Conditions

Definitions:

• Participant: Refers to any real estate agent or individual who enrolls in, accesses, or uses the Local Expert Academy program.

• Program Provider: Refers collectively to Local Expert Academy, including Ryan Smith and associated officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns. The Program Provider is responsible for delivering the Local Expert Academy program to Participants.

Program Access and Usage

• Program Overview: Local Expert Academy provides a comprehensive training system designed for real estate agents to master geographic farming. Upon purchase, Participants gain monthly access to coaching calls, Monthly training courses, tools, templates and resources.

• Content: Participation includes access to a range of digital resources such as templates, marketing tools, instructional content, exercises, and personalized support through a monthly curriculum.

Intellectual Property

All materials, including templates, training resources, and scripts, are owned and or provided by the Program Provider. Participants are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal and professional growth within real estate activities. Unauthorized distribution or use outside the scope of the program is prohibited.

Modification of Program Content

The Program Provider reserves the right to modify or enhance the program content at any time to improve the learning experience or adapt to new industry standards. Participants will be notified of significant updates or changes that may affect their access to specific modules or resources.

Exclusivity and Geographic Farm Areas

Local Expert Academy does not guarantee exclusivity in any territory. The program is open to any agent in any market and the Program Provider does not make any claims of exclusivity.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Local Expert Academy offers a 7-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

1) Completion of Initial Assignment: Participants are required to complete and submit the “Foundations of Farming” module assignments within the first 7 days. Assignments can be emailed to [email protected].

7) Exit Interview: Participants must schedule a brief exit interview within 30 days of requesting a refund to provide feedback. Interviews can be scheduled by contacting [email protected], and the Program Provider will arrange a virtual or phone interview at a convenient time for both parties.

To request a refund, Participants must notify the Program Provider in writing within the first 7 days of enrollment. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process. Upon requesting and receiving a refund, Participants will lose access to all program materials, additional licenses, tools, templates, and progress made within the platform immediately.

Free Trial Cancellation Policy

Participants who are eligible for and sign up for the program under the free 30-day trial and request cancellation before the trial period ends will lose access to the program and all associated materials immediately upon cancellation. Any progress made during the trial will not be retained.

Assistant/Administration Bonus License

Participants may add an administrative license for their assistant, subject to the following terms:

• Refund Exclusions: Only the original purchaser may request a refund. Should the Participant exercise the 30-day guarantee, the assistant license is also terminated, with no refund available to the assistant.

• Standards Compliance: The assistant is held to the same ethical and professional standards as the Participant, and any misuse or violation of the terms by the assistant will be the responsibility of the Participant. Participants must ensure that their assistant reads and agrees to these Terms & Conditions. Any misuse or violation by the assistant may result in suspension of the Participant’s account until compliance is restored.

One-to-One Coaching Call

Participants may qualify to access an exclusive one-to-one coaching call by paying for the program in full. This exclusive, one-time coaching call is offered as a virtual session (via video meeting or phone) and may be scheduled after the Participant completes three months in the program, no later than 30 days post-completion of the 12 months.

Compliance with Local Regulations

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their activities within the program comply with applicable federal, state/provincial, and local laws. Consulting with brokerage management or relevant authorities is advised.

Participant Responsibilities

Participants are expected to engage in the program with integrity, upholding ethical practices, confidentiality, and respect for the community. Sharing program access or materials with non-members is strictly prohibited.

No Guaranteed Results

The Program Provider commits to delivering high-quality training and resources. However, individual results vary, and success is influenced by commitment, effort, and local market conditions. No guarantees are made regarding specific financial outcomes or levels of success.

Third-Party Tools and Affiliate Links

The Local Expert Academy program may recommend or utilize third-party software and services. The Program Provider is not responsible for the functionality or compatibility of these external services, governed by their own terms of service. Affiliate links may be used; however, Participants are encouraged to conduct due diligence.

Limitation of Liability

The Program Provider is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from a Participant’s use of the program. Individual outcomes are influenced by factors outside the Program Provider’s control, and as such, no specific results are guaranteed.

Indemnification

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Program Provider from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from actions taken by the Participant in connection with their participation in the program. This includes any legal or regulatory claims related to the Participant’s professional practices or external activities.

Participants are encouraged to address concerns directly by contacting [email protected]. The Program Provider is committed to a fair and open resolution process.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

The Program Provider reserves the right to update terms and conditions as needed. Changes will be communicated through the program website and directly to Participants.
